Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque no se corrigieron las deficiencias advertidas en el auto de inadmisión y, en consecuencia, persistían en ella las dificultades en cuanto a los requisitos de claridad, certeza, especificidad, pertinencia y suficiencia del cargo de inexequibilidad planteado.
Encontró la Corte que en este caso no se cumplió con el requisito de carga argumentativa, toda vez que el recurrente no demostró que la providencia cuestionada hubiese incurrido en algún error en su motivación.
Con base en lo anterior, se RECHAZÓ la súplica impetrada.
